These terms describe how NicheWright works and what you can expect when using it. By creating an account you agree to them.
What NicheWright is
NicheWright provides research, analysis, listing-creation and product-image tools for Etsy sellers. Its outputs — scores, suggestions, drafts and images — are decision support. You review everything, and you are responsible for what you publish on any marketplace.
What we don't guarantee
We show only what can be measured, and marketplace data can be incomplete or delayed. Nothing in the service is a guarantee of rankings, traffic or sales.
Your account
Keep your login secure. Don't abuse, resell, scrape or deliberately overload the service.
Your Etsy shop
NicheWright never accesses your Etsy account: it works from the export you upload, the pages you browse with the extension, and the listing package you copy in yourself. You are responsible for complying with Etsy's own terms and policies. NicheWright is an independent platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy, Inc.
Plans and billing
Plans are monthly platform memberships with ongoing research access and separate allowances for manual listing SEO and real-photo gallery production. Preparing a request does not place an order or start a subscription. Scope, batch size, complete-material requirements, revisions, delivery date, total payable, currency and payment method are confirmed in writing before payment. Unapproved extra work or overages are not charged automatically.
Allowances reset monthly and unused quota does not roll over. To cancel, contact us before the next renewal; cancellation stops future renewals while the paid period remains available. Renewal details appear on the invoice or written confirmation. Every monthly plan includes niche discovery, product and rival research and A/B/C assessments during the active paid period. The founder verifies actual manual payment and activates membership for your Google email with a start and end date. Fresh searches require the connected desktop Chrome extension and follow its existing page allowance. Research is separate from SEO and gallery delivery quotas. The one-product Pilot includes no subscription access or automatic conversion. Applicable statutory refund and consumer rights remain unaffected; discuss specific requirements before production.
Content
Your products, photos and text remain yours; you give us permission to process them to provide the service. The NicheWright platform, brand and software remain ours.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the period in which the issue arose.
Ending or changing the service
You can stop using NicheWright at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and features may evolve; we'll communicate meaningful changes.
