These terms describe how NicheWright works and what you can expect when using it. By creating an account you agree to them.

What NicheWright is

NicheWright provides research, analysis, listing-creation and product-image tools for Etsy sellers. Its outputs — scores, suggestions, drafts and images — are decision support. You review everything, and you are responsible for what you publish on any marketplace.

What we don't guarantee

We show only what can be measured, and marketplace data can be incomplete or delayed. Nothing in the service is a guarantee of rankings, traffic or sales.

Your account

Keep your login secure. Don't abuse, resell, scrape or deliberately overload the service.

The Etsy connection

Draft listings are created in your shop only after you authorize NicheWright through Etsy's official flow, and you can disconnect at any time. You are responsible for complying with Etsy's own terms and policies. NicheWright is an independent platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy, Inc.

Plans and billing

Prices are shown on the site and are provisional during launch. Image-generation usage above your plan is billed at cost and always shown before you spend.

Content

Your products, photos and text remain yours; you give us permission to process them to provide the service. The NicheWright platform, brand and software remain ours.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the period in which the issue arose.

Ending or changing the service

You can stop using NicheWright at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and features may evolve; we'll communicate meaningful changes.
