Manual SEO and gallery deliverables have separate monthly product limits. A product receiving both uses one allowance from each. Research does not use these quotas. Unused quota does not roll over; no automatic overage fees.
We confirm the currency, total payable, renewal date and payment method before you pay. Cancellation ends future renewals; your current paid period remains available. Large catalogs are scheduled in agreed batches.
The founder activates research access after verifying actual manual payment. Fresh Etsy searches require the connected desktop Chrome extension; the existing hourly page allowance applies. Research is separate from SEO and gallery delivery quotas.

Alongside the platform, our team prepares listing copy and real-photo galleries in agreed batches. Each uses its own monthly product quota; research does not consume these delivery allowances.

Before we get started.
What do I need to send?
Send 3–5 clear photos per gallery product, plus materials, dimensions, variants, personalization and care facts. An Etsy listing CSV is optional. We can start from a written product brief.
Do I need professional photography?
Good daylight and a clear, complete view of the product are a useful starting point. We check the originals before accepting the batch. If an image cannot support a clean result, we ask for another shot.
Will AI change my product?
The physical product stays in your original photograph. Backgrounds may be drawn or generated; your product is not regenerated. We disclose background edits in the delivery notes.
How does the 48-hour delivery work?
The 48-hour production window starts after payment and acceptance of the complete materials for your agreed batch. We confirm its size and delivery date first; a monthly quota is not a promise to process an entire catalog in one batch.
Can I request changes?
We agree the revision scope before payment. Errors against the approved product facts are corrected. New products, new facts or a change in direction are discussed before any extra charge.
Do you guarantee sales or Etsy approval?
No. We prepare clear images and accurate copy, but cannot guarantee rankings, sales or a marketplace decision. You review the files and remain in control of publication.
What does monthly membership include?
Ongoing access to niche discovery, product and rival research, and evidence-based A/B/C assessments during your paid period, plus separate manual SEO and real-photo gallery quotas. Are sales and demand measured?
Assessments explain evidence visible on the pages collected for your research. Missing observations remain unknown. We do not turn unavailable sales or demand into a measured figure, and an A/B/C decision does not guarantee an outcome.
How do I pay or cancel?
We confirm available payment methods and renewal details by email after reviewing your request. This page does not collect payment. Contact the same email before the next renewal to cancel; payment links or invoices state any additional instructions.
